DOT Saved 1.2 Billion UAH on Initial Fuel Procurements

DOT has achieved savings of 1.2 billion UAH on its initial contracts in the field of PMM (petroleum, oils, and lubricants).   

Specifically, the savings were realized in contracts for:  

• Gasoline A-95, A-92, A-80 

• Diesel fuel 

• Aviation fuel   

Procurements utilized both direct contracts (to address urgent needs) and competitive bidding through Prozorro.  

Thanks to the achieved savings, DOT will additionally procure two types of lubricants for military vehicles. This need has already been communicated by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
