The State Operator For Non-Lethal Acquisition has contracted drinking water suppliers for the Armed Forces for the third and fourth quarters. The difference between the established cost and the total sum of all contracts exceeds 500 million UAH. The total contract amount is over 984 million UAH.
As a result of the procedures, the new suppliers are two Ukrainian manufacturers — PJSC "Obolon" and PJSC "Novomoskovsk Mineral Water Plant (Bon Boisson)." The winner of another lot is LLC "UT Company," owned by the owners of the Varus retail network. PJSC "Obolon" received the largest order volumes, offering the most economically advantageous price in the largest number of lots on Prozorro.
How the regions are divided among the new suppliers:
LLC "UT Company": Volyn and Rivne regions. PJSC "Novomoskovsk Mineral Water Plant (Bon Boisson)": part of the Donetsk region. PJSC "Obolon": Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, and part of Donetsk regions.
"While contracting with the companies that won the tenders, we conduct supplier qualification, check their capabilities, and also organize introductory meetings before starting cooperation. These are all steps to ensure the continuity of supply," said Viktoriya Vynohradova, Director of Procurement Management at DOT.
