The team from the State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition attended Denmark's largest defense industry exhibition, DALO Industry Days. This annual event is organized by the Danish defense procurement agency, DALO. We had the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the latest military equipment, clothing, and gear.
During the visit, representatives of the State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition met with the DALO team, who demonstrated how portfolio management functions within their organization.
DOT also met with the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) to discuss our next steps for continued collaboration.
Another productive meeting took place within the framework of NORDEFCO with representatives from Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish agencies. We specifically discussed how coordination will occur under NORDEFCO's implementation of the NATO Interoperability Plan, adopted at the Washington Summit.
The high efficiency of the State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition's procurement strategies is made possible in part by close cooperation with international partners. We thank our Danish counterparts for the excellent organization and a productive meeting.
