Today, the State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition (DOT) signed its second contract for food procurement under a framework agreement. Now, food for the military in the Lviv region will be supplied by Trade Granit Invest LLC.
The first contract was signed at the end of September, with Adelin LLC winning the framework agreement to supply the Rivne region.
Earlier, it was reported that framework agreements are a procurement tool that allows pre-qualified participants to quickly sign contracts with DOT. This approach accelerates the supply process and ensures continuity. The framework agreements will be used in cases where immediate supply is needed in any region. For conducting these agreements, DOT uses a ready-made tool from Prozorro, which has specific information disclosure features during martial law. More details about framework agreements can be found here.
Companies can apply to participate in the framework during its term, but no later than 30 days before its expiration. The framework agreement for the supply of food to the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be valid until December 31, 2025. Currently, 9 suppliers have been qualified, and we invite more companies to join.
