To ensure transparency and quality of supplies for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Logistics Operator team conducted a scheduled inspection of an oil distributor's warehouse.
The subject of the audit was the oils supplied under two current contracts, one of which has delivery terms spanning April-May 2025. Specifically, the team reviewed the conformity of documentation and labeling for a range of items.
During the inspection, DOT specialists reviewed:
- Shipping documents (CMR) – in particular, the presence and correctness of dates;
- Packaging labeling – the presence of the NATO code and its compliance with specifications;
- Production dates and expiration dates of the products;
- Physical condition and hermetic sealing of the containers (metal barrels), and their readiness for transportation;
- Correspondence of contracted volumes to those available in the supplier's warehouse;
- Readiness of the goods for shipment.
Particular attention was paid to the inspection of imported goods labeled according to NATO standards. All parameters – including code conformity, labeling, and deadlines – were documented and analyzed by the DOT team for compliance with contract requirements.
"These on-site inspections are part of DOT's systematic work to control supplies within the framework of the control points stipulated by the terms of the agreement, as well as the integrity of suppliers. We strive to guarantee that every unit of product that reaches the military meets the highest standards," commented Maryna Yeremieieva, Director of the Fuel and Lubricants Program at DOT.
The State Logistics Operator continues to work to ensure that the rear operates smoothly – clearly, efficiently, and in the interests of the Ukrainian soldier.
