The list of candidates for the Supervisory Board is compiled by the independent recruiting agency Heidrick&Struggles upon the order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Subsequently, the Ministry of Defense will select the most qualified individuals from the list and approve the composition of the Supervisory Board.
Please note that the process of establishing an independent Supervisory Board at the State Operator For Non-Lethal Acquisition began in mid-March of this year.
