Arsen Zhumadilov has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the State Logistics Operator. The relevant order was signed by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine on October 30, 2023.
DOT will provide logistical support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in areas such as clothing, food, fuel and lubricants, and medical supplies.
According to Arsen Zhumadilov, DOT's main task is to ensure continuous supply for the Armed Forces, build trust in the supply system of the Ministry of Defense among key stakeholders, and establish a resilient institution that effectively fulfills its duties regardless of the external context. Moreover, all DOT's work will be based on the principles of integrity, human-centricity, professionalism, and openness.
"My personal mission as a leader is to build a resilient and subject-oriented institution that ensures continuous supply, guided by the principles of integrity in all its processes. I am confident that with the trust and support of stakeholders and partners, we will achieve this goal," noted Arsen Zhumadilov.
