Procurement of dry rations: DOT announces new procedures and reports on the implementation of existing contracts

DOT continues to work systematically with the market to provide the military with high-quality, timely and fully stocked daily field food kits — both traditional and enhanced.

As of today, 11 contracts for the supply of traditional rations are in progress. Some of the contracts have already begun shipping. In particular, one of the suppliers has begun deliveries ahead of schedule. This allows DOT to meet the needs of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ahead of schedule: 70% of this manufacturer's products have already been accepted and shipped to military units.

Recently concluded contracts provide for the start of shipments in September 2025 in accordance with the requests of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In total, almost 1.6 million daily rations have been contracted under the current agreements.

At the same time, work is continuing on the procurement of enhanced rations: contracts have already been signed for the first part and a new procedure has been announced for another 200,000 daily rations.

The DOT remains open to dialogue with manufacturers, logistics operators and military units in order to jointly develop an effective, transparent and responsive food supply system for the army.
