DOT has successfully completed an independent financial audit for 2024. The audit was carried out by the Ukrainian branch of the international Crowe network – AC Crowe Ukraine, one of the leading providers of audit, consulting and tax services. It is a full member of the global Crowe network, which brings together independent audit firms in more than 130 countries.
The audit findings demonstrate the proper level of management, transparency in the use of budget funds and the efficiency of the company's key processes. The audit did not reveal any significant violations in the activities of DOT, which confirms the stable operation of the internal control system and the compliance of management decisions with the approved development strategy.
In 2024 alone, the company processed more than 59,000 acceptance certificates. That is why the key recommendations of the auditors include consolidation of documentation in electronic format, including acceptance certificates, to meet deadlines and simplify processing. The use of digital solutions such as DOT-Chain and DOT-hRM can speed up document flow, improve the quality of analytics and the efficiency of management decisions.
"The audit results show that DOT demonstrates maturity as an institution. We see an effective team, transparent processes and the ability to implement new models and approaches to procurement. In the most difficult conditions of war, this is an example of systematic work in the interests of the army. The Supervisory Board will continue to provide control and support to preserve these results," said Nadiya Bihun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the State Logistics Enterprise.
The audit recommendations have already been passed on to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the management of DOT for consideration in further improvement of its operations. The Supervisory Board, based on the report, highly appreciated the audit results.
