DOT-Chain has been nominated for the DOU 2025 Award as the best IT initiative.

DOT-Chain has been nominated for the DOU 2025 Award as the best IT initiative.

The DOT-Chain IT system, used by the State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition (DOT) to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with food products, has made it to the shortlist of the DOU 2025 Award in the category "Best Socially-Oriented IT Initiative."

The DOT team developed the system from scratch to digitize the entire supply cycle – from order placement to invoice signing. Its implementation has helped reduce this process fourfold and cut down paperwork for the military by over 30,000 documents per week.

"We are truly honored that one of the largest IT communities in Ukraine has recognized the impact of DOT-Chain. From the very beginning, our primary focus has been on the needs of service members, as DOT operates to support them. Since the first release, our team has worked tirelessly to improve and expand the system’s functionality. This nomination confirms that we are on the right track. We will continue doing everything possible to eliminate the 'paper army' and simplify the work of our defenders," says Aliona Zhuzha, IT Advisor at DOT.

Overall, the system has made the supply process significantly simpler, faster, and more transparent. In less than a year, DOT-Chain has achieved:
2,500 active users
90,000 processed requests
600,000 issued invoices
