DOT has entered into the first contracts for the supply of food for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

DOT has entered into the first contracts for the supply of food for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
 

The State Logistics Operator has concluded state contracts (agreements) for the supply of food to the Armed Forces of Ukraine following the results of the first round of proposals announced last week. According to the terms of the contracts, supply will be carried out in 4 sectors:   

1. Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr regions 

2. Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Kyiv regions 

3. Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy regions 

4. Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, Kirovohrad regions   

Contracts have been concluded with food production companies within the current legislation without the use of an electronic system. The average price per set was 109.35 UAH. A report on the concluded contracts, including the names of the companies, will be published in the Prozorro system by the end of the week. 

It is worth noting that the duplication of supply regions is due to security considerations.   

Today, DOT announced the collection of commercial proposals for supply in the following sectors: 

1) Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Luhansk, Poltava regions 

2) Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odesa, Kirovohrad regions 

3) Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil regions 

4) Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil regions 

5) Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson regions 

6) Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk regions 

7) Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia regions   

Please note that DOT has re-announced the collection of commercial proposals for the supply of food products in 2 sectors, which is related to the disqualification of all proposals in the first round:  

8) Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Luhansk, Poltava regions 

9) Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia, Kyiv regions  

Date and time for submitting proposals: until 18:00 on 12.03.2024
