He stated that the share of Ukrainian manufacturers supplying non-combat goods to the Armed Forces of Ukraine will increase.
Ukrainian manufacturers are increasingly participating in tenders funded by the state budget. DOT actively collaborates with the market to ensure that they understand the specifics of government procurement, how processes are structured, and have a clear algorithm of actions.
At the same time, involving manufacturers in supplying goods for public procurement is not only a procurement issue but also touches upon other areas of regulation, including quality management, market entry, and control upon acceptance.
"We will continue to work towards increasing the share of Ukrainian manufacturers in our procurement through better planning and long-term contracts. Relevant measures are already being taken by us together with the Ministry of Defense," said the CEO of DOT.
