"We aim to contract real companies with a known reputation, which can ensure proper food supply for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Firstly, they must have sufficient capacity to fulfill orders. Secondly, we believe that trust in the military logistics system will increase if it is operated by market players who are well-known to society," said Arsen Zhumadilov, CEO of DOT, during the Forbes Ukraine AgriFood conference.
He also noted that the expected value for goods when announcing a tender is set at a level where suppliers will not operate "at zero."
