The State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition has received urgent requirements in fuel and lubricants (POL) and material property from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
We provide information on the status and expected delivery timelines for the following directions:
Fuel and oil.
Market consultations have been conducted, and requirements for suppliers and goods in the categories of fuel, lubricants, and oils have been formulated today.
By December 22, we plan to conclude market consultations on cooling fluids and other types of lubricants.
From December 22, tenders will be announced for the procurement of NATO lubricants.
By December 28, tenders will be announced for the procurement of other types of lubricants and fluids.
Material property.
Market consultations have been conducted, and requirements for suppliers and goods in the categories of clothing, equipment of BEK (battlefield individual kit), personal protective equipment, headgear, footwear, underwear, and bedding items have been formulated today.
By December 22, market consultations will be completed for the categories of "Other material property" and "tents."
From December 22, follow tenders for the procurement of needs for the first quarter of 2024 in the Prozorro system.
