International partners support defense procurement reform.
State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition and the French international technical cooperation agency Expertise France signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
Expertise and experience of partners will strengthen DOT in building a compliance architecture according to the best international practices.
"I think we have a real added value from our expertise in the fields of anti-corruption, of public procurement to bring to Ukraine and to DOT, in particular. And it's a real honor for me to start this collaboration today," said Jérémy Pellet CEO of Expertise France.
The DOT team appreciates the support of international partners and continues to implement new approaches in procurement.
